The original bathroom layout in this 2 unit flat was very inconvenient for the homeowners. It consisted of a single toilet in one room, a shower and vanity in another and a vanity and toilet in the third room.

By taking out a wall we were able to combine three rooms into two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms now equipped with a shower/tub, vanity and toilet. By using a TOTO inwall toilet carrier, we saved space to make each bathroom not only meet code requirements but also feel spacious.

Now when guests visit there is no running from a one toilet room to a second room with a vanity to wash your hands.
